One of my absolute favorite legal arguments was over the tariffs on dolls. The tariff on “dolls” (human figures) is almost double that of animal or non-human figures. This lead to Marvel Comics arguing that X-Men toys, because they were mutants, didn’t count as “human” and therefore they should pay the lower tariff.

I like Woodford Reserve and Panther Distillery. Panther is local (to me) though, so probably hard to find.

So these two brothers came into the US illegally in 2009, which would have made them 11 and 14 at the time. Their parents and older siblings are (apparently) in the US legally. So why weren’t these two granted legal status? Shouldn’t there have been some kind of process for these two, given legally admitted resident

It’s a fallacy to say the US doesn’t have systems similar to that in place with an aim at cost/burden reduction.

Drumpf said that our current immigration system “has not been fair to our people, to our citizens, to our workers.”

This fluff loaf reminds me too much of my beloved departed cat nephew.

When your compassion is so heavily outweighed by your hatred for people who don’t “deserve” what you have, this is of course the society we get. They want to feed the right kind of children from the right kind of families.

Is that a vadge-sporran?

Ugh, imagine what a pain touchups would be. Too time consuming, regular tights it is!

I could paint my legs under my fishnets, but I live in the great north and I prefer to double the layers so I can still wear miniskirts in winter. Plus I cannot imagine the hell of cleaning clothing after wearing this stuff. I winced as that dude painted over the white swimsuit’s underwires.

Don’t you mean Purruse?

I can say from personal experience: Gamera may be the friend of children, but alligator snapping turtles are definitely not.

The first time I came home from school and found one of these camped by the front door (thus preventing my entry), I had no idea what the hell I was looking at. It would hiss and kept trying to take a bite if I got too close. I waited about an hour for my dad to get home and he asked why I was sitting outside.

Just about every bachelorette party my friends go to have involve getting together, drinking wine, and having an off-brand Borb Schmoss or Marta Stewbuntt instruct them step-by-step in making a hideous painting or plate. Without fail, every single one of these paintings is ugly in a way that belies the fact that half

I knew without glansing the comments would head in this direction.

I feel like the fact that these men are renting limos and giving their reproductive choices fun party names puts them in an income bracket where finding a doctor to do this is easy. Even Planned Parenthood refused to consider my boyfriend’s quest for a vasectomy until his hit 30. And that’s liberal NYC PP, not rural

I still don’t like that you can see Hela’s face. Missed design opportunity. Smokey-eyes is not enough.

You would be amazed at the shit you can get billed for.

I see many people talking about the slim chances if this treatment “working,” but what exactly does that mean? What does the best case scenario outcome look like? Everyone, even the person performing the procedure, agrees this will not repair the infant’s extensive brain damage. It will not allow him to breathe on

That or a middle-school Valentine’s Day dance. Which would probably be more problematic.
