Why do I get the feeling that nerfs across a long enough timeline makes everyone unhappy? Balance seems to make everything samey. (said as someone who doesn’t play multiplayer, so I honestly only have the reactions to nerfs to go by - which is schadenfreude.)

Agreed. Lists that can be scanned quickly are more respectful of consumers time. If they want to make a video, go for it, but offer a list for the people who prefer them.

What if the primary draw is the fact that it *is* an unfinished product? This is an opportunity to experience a part of development that is rarely afforded.
There’s an argument to be made that having a disc would not allow digital-only consumers to utilize the packed-in game. The obvious solution would be to offer both the disc and a download code, but then they risk halving sales due to sharing unneeded discs/codes.
Would love to see them try to market a live action P3, complete with evokers, to young adults. Our society would certainly accept that without any controversy.
