Were they really though?  Can’t we dig up dirt on all of the victims and find unflattering photos of them to spin the story against them?

Or... it’s better than you’re crediting it, and the only reason they have that language is in the rare instance that it fails - or when other drivers on the road create unsafe conditions that the Tesla is not yet equipped to deal with.
