Maybe because street racing can lead to killing innocent people, while flipping the finger and having a radar detector cannot.

It sounds like a form of peaceful protest, to me. And since you like to race bait, let us not forget the large number of of a specific demographic in the US that recently held many “peaceful protests” that often were not peaceful. Some of these people actually caused harm and damage and almost certainly did not get 8…
How can you be charged a tax for using a road that you already are taxed to pay for? And no driver that was not pulled over driving on has to pay this tax? That sounds illegal in some way, shape, or form.
So do I, but that hasn’t stopped people from carjacking and armed burglarizing houses in the area, on occasion. There was recently a string of burglaries in our neighborhood, a place that normally has none. Would you want to be home, unarmed when someone broke in with intentions that you cannot predict? I certainly…
Owning and occasionally carrying a pistol is not the same as ol’ jim-bob who fantasizes about the opportunity to use one.
He said he brought a small pistol. If he said he brought a big one, then maybe your thoughts and prayers would be warranted.
Either you are exceptionally naive or exceptionally well off, and live in a very nice area. Nobody expects to be made a victim.
Lack of syncro aside, would you agree that the B is one of the easiest manuals you have driven? My ‘73 is unbelieavably easy, if your legs are long enough.
I, too, have to double clutch into 1st at a slow roll in my ‘11 Legacy GT, and even that doesn’t get it in sometimes. We have speed bumps at work that put my too slow for second (without slipping the clutch) and too fast to normally downshift to first.
Yes? How is that BS? a dollar today buys less than a dollar of yesteryear. Sure, it will not be exact, but it is a good reference point.
Well, first, try comparing it to cars of equal luxury. A person shopping for Lexus level quality and luxury is not going to be looking at a Camaro or Corvette. Even the M2 is probably significantly less luxurious than the Lexus. Those are still very good numbers for a luxury coupe.
And here I thought they were just camouflaging it because of the horrendous body shape.
I thought it was some evolution of the RX at first glance
Why do you suggest CPO jetta but new alltrack? Why would you not do CPO or new for both?
Also as Subaru kills off the XT in favor of 180 hp of meh
Geeze, Nissan really doubled down on that horrid beak-like grille that they use.
That is how I felt about my 2000 Legacy L. It was wonderful in its simplicity
Hmm. I just thought that jeeps always looked stupid no matter what.
I would like to make it very clear that, while I believe there are other intelligent beings elsewhere in the universe, they have not/do not visit us here on Earth. With that said:
Sometimes I see things that, no matter how hard I try, I cannot actually move my eyes fast enough to look at them directly. They move in impossible directions at ridiculous speeds.
