I don’t think it is as safe an assumption. SSJ4 is still one of the best designed SSJ forms.

I think physical copies is outside their model for sales at this point, given how digital delivery services have the benefits needed to push a port out there to as many people as possible, and when it comes at a reduced cost, especially through Humble Bundle or Steam sales, people tend to pick it up.
