@Nik in NOLA: Except that he's comparing CivIV: Col to the original Colonization, where your units stood a better chance against European forces and you had the flexibility to build up a sufficient force on your own to defeat the expeditionary force rather than having to always rely on securing allied support.

I have problems with the way this game looks when taking its predecessors into account. I think Diablo III should have more color. A few more lens flares. Neon and pastel colors for the armor. And maybe some more rainbows and flowers.

@stevezilla: You might even be able to drive the 35 mi to work, plug it in during the day, and get electric drive all the way back to your home garage. Depending on where you park at work, Volt drivers could be getting 80mi commutes on all electric.

I don't quite understand how so many other critics can like the characteristics of the 135 and Wes doesn't. Though I'm already behind the idea that the car is extremely overpriced.

I'd rather torrent it than install iTunes.

I for one hope that they actually make a good effort here. Since SUVs are becoming too expensive to be the standard family hauler, vans may be a worthwhile market to invest in. Especially if GM is modeling these vans to be similar in role to the xB and Mazda 5, car-based boxes designed to have maximum people and

What about the Cadillac Cien or Sixteen concepts?

Cadillac doesn't necessarily need an I4 if they want fuel economy. A smaller car would also bring better fuel economy and hopefully better driving dynamics.

I think the Cadillac CTS and its variants could use a higher efficiency engine option. It's current "small" V6 just isn't doing the job. It'd be nice to have a well designed, refined 4cyl, but I don't think the EcoTec would meet those refinement standards. I don't know if GM has the partnerships to do this, but

Back when WoW had just been announced, I said that I would never join an MMO because they're life-sucking machines, unless there were someday a Star Trek based one.

@airmaster360: Alexander the Great was part of a Greek dynasty in the kingdom of Macedonia. One piece of evidence is that the members of his royal house were able to participate in the Olympic Games, which were only open to Greeks.

I decided to try a Wubi install of Hardy Heron yesterday and could not get the keyboard to work, PS/2, USB, legacy support, never worked.

@lausley: Well, if you had a PDA or other portable electronic device that could read PDF, this might be pretty useful and not at all bad for the environment.

Avia.

@PeggyK: Push-ups can be considered a strength based exercise, which increases musculature in the chest area. If one adds some form of weight or resistance to the exercise, it will more significantly build the chest muscles.

OK OK, I'll admit it! Coffee is destroying my life. Only had my first sip a few months ago. I didn't think it could get me on the first try, but I tried it a second time, and then I couldn't stop! All the relationships in my life have started to fall apart and even my dental hygiene is declining. I'm angry when

Many of you seem to think that Viagra is some type of aphrodisiac or libido-enhancer, it's not. All it does is treat erectile dysfunction, which is essentially a blood flow issue. There may be a placebo effect that causes some men to think that it enhances the sex drive, but there isn't any evidence that it does—

@PotKettleBlack: No fruits? Someone seems to have missed the lesson about refined vs unrefined carbs (formerly the complex vs simple argument). Show me one person who got fat off apples, oranges and tomatoes.
