The rating system is different. However, the 'super' (read: regular) 95 octane (RON) stuff you get in Europe translates to about 91 octane in the US octane rating if I'm not mistaken. I haven't seen anything lower than those 95 octane RON (91 US) at any pump in recent years.
I totally agree. Even "under cover" you could stop a fight. Not all 'criminals' are crazy hive mind punks. Without blowing cover he could've told people to stop, it's not worth it, etc etc while fulfilling his civic responsibility.
