I have a related, if oddly specific, fear. When I’m at my desk I take off the lid to help it cool down. Then, when drinking, I tend to squeeze the cup a bit causing an oval opening to form with my mouth at the most dramatic angle. The fear is that the cup will explode at the bending point and I will end up like that

I thought so too! But the still seems to show another alien with a similar face.

Solid advice.

Clearly I’m not an engineer, but marketing is something I understand. If companies are producing a product to pass a set of vanity durability tests and then promoting its success...that just seems sketchy to me.

It’s a pretty solid upgrade from 0 to 3. I’m not sold on the cellular though.

No, both the 3 and 0 are the aluminum bodied models with the non-sapphire face.

I don’t have an iPhone X, but I can tell you that my Apple Watch 3 has taken 10x the scratches in 4 months that my series 0 did in 2 years. There’s no comparison and it is not about using/wearing it differently. Whatever new process is being used for this glass was created to exceed a specific durability metric that

Maybe poach a marketing or product exec from Jeep. They somehow keep the Wrangler crowd happy while building a full product range the hard cores wouldn’t be seen in.

I drive a 2017 A4 ... my first car with CarPlay from the manufacturer. It works well most of the time. But when it doesn’t, Audi wants nothing to do with supporting it.

Buyer beware. I went through multiple remakes after being fit in an Indochino store (Chicago). Each time the sleeves would come back 3" short. Eventually the store manager refunded my money and I gave them back their ill fitting suit. Perhaps this was an isolated incident but even in store they recommend not ordering

Yes. No extra $, just time.

Well I have the suit. It looks good. It generally fits nicely except for the sleeves are VERY short. Like 2" short. And now I’m waiting for an appointment with an Indochino tailor that can’t happen for a full week. The person at the store told me it will have to be remade but I still have to wait.

Agreed. Then again, why not cast her in Star Wars. Win win!

I think AMC’s issue is about a change in the way that theaters are seen in the business model. If MoviePass succeeds, and that’s a big if, it gives MoviePass leverage to force AMC to lower the cost to MP per ticket. I’m sure a smarter person knows the economic term, but it’s similar to the way Walmart forces a
