If you say “I hate this person because of their liberal politics” and that person is trans, then could said person say “Well, really they don’t like me because I’m trans”. You see it happen all the time. Legitimate criticism is declared racist, phobic, ect.

Just like 20 years ago cancel culture wasn’t a thing, 20 years from now this law could be weaponized against normal citizens. Imagine a Trump type with this type of law.
