Plus he seems to have a habit of leveraging his status to create big opportunities for other cool movie people who aren’t nearly as famous as he is.

Hopefully with a beautiful dog in tow.

This is the ending of John Wick 3, hopefully.

keanu reeves is in reality the person that johnny depp thinks he is.

Keanu just trudging off by his lonesome towards Carl’s Jr. is a magnificent image.

Don’t these people know better than to get on a bus with Keanu Reeves?

Reeves has outright stated he never really needs to work again, so you can be pretty sure that anything he’s doing, he’s doing because he enjoys it.

Exactly. I’m so fucking tired of being expected to tip everywhere no matter how bad/average/great the service is. I’d rather just pay the prices it takes to pay a decent wage to everybody and then tip on top of that if somebody goes above and beyond.

Not to mention if this becomes so commonplace that staff becomes “tipped” employees, that you bet your ass management is going to reduce them to 4$/hr.

You know what it is, right? She doesn’t blink. The eyes are large (and predictably bloodshot for someone with a crappy diet and sleep habits) and they do. Not. Blink. It’s unsettling, to say the least (creepy AF to say it like it really is, and GOD STOP MAKE IT GO AWAY to say the most).

well it seemed to be 100% intentional and purposeful? I would hope she makes most people uncomfortable since she is clearly a sociopath.

I am eating up E V E R Y T H I N G on this.  It’s like Fyre Festival x1000.  By far, the book is the absolute best out of everything.  I liked the podcast a bit better than the HBO documentary.  I was hoping the documentary would have a little more background and more interviews w/ the people about the utter

An octave is a pretty massive shift for the human voice.

A couple of feminist friends took me to task for saying Holmes faked her voice. They said higher octaves don’t help women in the workplace, which I don’t argue with, and she only “lowered her voice an octave,” which in their minds wasn’t fake. I say she lowered it way TOO much, and that’s what makes it fake.

I listened to all of The Dropout and just finished the documentary. I preferred the podcast. Every time she was on screen in the doc, I had to look away. She’s fucking creepy. She would probably stab someone with that blank look her face and then lie about how they ran into the knife. All with that fake, deadpan bro

I wish the media would pay greater attention to the fact that the Jackson family were Jehovah’s Witnesses. After all, the JWs are a twisted, patriarchal cult that has a history of covering up child abuse. I think it would be illuminating to see the Jackson family’s sordid past discussed within that particular

The joke’s on him when he has to reflect on the horror’s he’s participated in and tries to escape with his son by flying away only to have his son perish when his wings melt and he falls into the ocean.

“Asking the tough questions” is typically reserved for situations when someone is speaking truth to power.  A weird choice of headline, and a weird thing to focus a blog on.

Uhm... Can Dan Reed, et al, do a doc on Trump next?

I know this is an awful point of view to have because it kills competition, but I just don't trust that any of these will still be around in a few years. I know if I ever need to find an old email, unless there's a nuclear Holocaust, it's probably safe in my Gmail account until the day I die.
