@Caturday Yet?: i agree. it's because it costs more to dig up streets and lay new fiber wiring to get over 100mbps, since that's about what copper is limited to with DOCSIS 3.0, for now. FYI DOCSIS 3.0 is what TWC Wideband runs on.

this idea has been around for a long time, where the flash would "hypnotize" you into buying whatever product. it is now illegal. i can't believe they would do this!
