@VeloGuy75: Excellent point. Can anyone find this out? FYI: A 'switched' outlet/cig. adapter is one that draws no power when the car is off. The main point being: How does this device know that the car is off if it's plugged into an outlet that's constantly on?

This is a pretty tricky setup but I've done it successfully many times. I've had the greatest success using a pair of WRT54GL's and the following instructions followed to the letter:

Just got a call from ATT this AM. Apparently there were major issues with the 32 GB Black iPhone and she was calling to redo the order. Of the 7 upgrades I ordered (direct via ATT Small Biz Key Contact 800 number - that was the *only* way I could get an order through. Had to wait 45 min on hold also) the only two

I'd know that sandwich anywhere, just had one yesterday at the Jazz Fest in New Orleans. That's a Fried Soft-Shell Crab Po-Boy form Galley Seafood Restaurant in Metairie, LA baby!

@DaveyNC: I just installed it on my new HP MediaSmart EX495 and (after some minor network drive mapping tweaks) it's working well so far. I've been reading a lot of comments and I haven't seen this question posed yet:

Their blog does a pretty good job of explaining how it works:

I'd love one as well - and I promise to check back on this thread and give out a few more once I get set up!

Just a quick thanks to Lifehacker & Diet Blog: I hooked up up a $30 DVD player to my elliptical and popped in season 1 of 24. 42 minutes flew by plus I've been wanting to hop on the 24 bandwagon for a few years - now I can kill 2 birds w/ 1 stone.
