I like the idea, but I find that uneven weighting at the bottom of the letters really distracting. I can still read it, but it almost looks out of focus and I think reading much of it would quickly give me a headache.

A lower hairline and a bit of dark eyeliner on the outer poortion of the lower lids would improve the likeness dramatically.
