I'm pretty sure he's just investigating Annalise and her crew in general cos she's doing some shady shit and he's pissed that she got him fired. (Which she did, but not directly)

This might be my favorite episode so far. It's weird that it's the Asher episode, but Matt McGory is excellent. Plus it let us into a different view of the night that Sam is murdered which I think made the episode seem fresh.

I legitimately thought the title of this article said "Bill Murray" and I was confused and outraged.

The Soup films once a week for only a few hours in the morning/afternoon. When he's doing Community at the same time they give him that time off and then when The Soup is done he goes to the Community set.

Is it a continuity error that we meet Jack's dad in this episode or am I not remembering the show correctly?

Yea I get that, and it's why she didn't report it, but if she was seriously injured she would've had to go to the hospital. But she might've said that she fell down the stairs or something, instead of telling them that she was beaten.

Yeah this episode was a bit disappointing, but at the end I was enjoying it a bit more.
I think my problem too is that I just don't give a shit about Annaliese and Sam and I have no fucking idea why she would protect him. Like??? He cheated on her with a student and has no alibi for the night of her murder. Even if he

Well someone from Shield could say it. It's not that don't get that they want to be in ultimate power, but I guess that just seems like kind of a flimsy motivation for me. Winter Soldier gave it more background or gravitas or something.

I liked this episode a lot. I'm a little sad that the reunion with Fitz and Simmons was so short, but I assume we may be getting more of that next week. For some reason I emotionally connect to that storyline much more than anything else. Fitz just tears my heart to pieces.

Yea I haven't seen them either??

Perfect.

How about the Low Cal Calzone Zone?

Hey you take that back. Andy Samberg is a Jewish dreamboat.

Yea I though the case of the week tied in pretty nicely with the plot. Over arching themes of trust and secrecy and all that.

I legitimately yelled out from behind my weird hand face mask thing I do when awkward stuff happens on tv, "WHY IS THIS SEXUAL? WHAT IS GOING ON??"

None of these comments are very serious (it's AVClub and I wouldn't want anything else) and this comment will be buried but whatever.

I loved this episode. Jake Johnson was fantastic, especially in his speech about technology. I'm really glad Schmidt is back to being Schmidt. WINSTON IS THE BEST. Honestly, I am so happy that this show has figured out how to write for and feature Lamorne Morris. The show could be garbage besides, and I'd still tune

Yeah, it didn't seem that wacky to me either. Nick's loneliness and Jess' uncomfortable-ness after their breakup grounded it for me, but this show has always been wacky.

It really made me root against her. I was thinking that if I was Aiden and my fiancé was speaking like that to me, I wouldn't be apologetic, I'd be incredibly angry.

It's crazy how young Matt McGorry looks on this show compared to OITNB.
