This used to happen to me, while I was trapped behind a counter at work. People asked what happened, or if I had a sunburn. Accutane in the early days made it flare up like crazy and then there were always people with hushed recommendations. I wish I had been brave enough to speak up then like I am now. Fuck manners.

The biting phase is not fun but it does eventually end once they figure out how to eat like they used to. We’re at 15 months, 10 teeth and day/night nursing, and biting is (blessedly) a thing of the past.

It’s probably safe to say that was the case for a lot of women... Alcohol is how many of us ended up here 😜

Coffee, sandwich meat, the list rages on and on. People love few things more than wagging fingers at pregnant women.

I know a few psoriasis sufferers who all seem to benefit from not drinking alcohol, it probably has as much to do with the gluten and sugar in beer/wine/etc (if not more) as it does with the actual alcohol. Definitely interesting stuff though.

I’ve heard of people taking their babies to chiropractors over GPs, the reason is beyond me (other than what appears to be “crunchy mom” smugness points?) but yeah, fuck that noise.
