It's ethereal, exquisite and couldn't be further from gross. have it on some toasted baguette with flaky salt and a sharp parsley salad and a good glass of wine and think about how enjoyable your life is.

Agreed... Tongue might be my favourite part of the whole animal. I can understand someone not liking kidneys or tripe but tongue has no "weird" taste and has the most luscious texture.
