If you're on Android plug in your destination and hit navigate. Navigate is a application inside of Google Maps that will work exactly like a GPS.

I think I love you.

Thanks, my car definitely needed a patting today - how about a wheel alignment too? :P

I knew someone was going to mention that. I use Google Maps for navigation too on my Android phone, saved my ass on multiple occasions showing me side city streets and other freeways a couple times in LA and in SF.

Anyone want to start a pool on how long it'll take him to stuff this car into something?

Wow.. Posting an image is certainly hell isn't it? Nibbles on freaking steroids since Jalop 5.0.

Leap, jump... Same thing. :P

Same here - I used to have all the Gawker websites on my whitelist because the ads never got in the way - now this is just ridiculous. They've been removed from my whitelist. :(

@thracianii: I don't really know about that though... I've been having no issues with the screen on my DroidX and I've been handling productivity things just fine - the only thing that would make it easier is if it had a higher resolution.

When are we going to get an answer of the day...?

@Christopher Hunt: Just look at the actual twitter and you'll see that a lot of people already know about the service.

@stangmanpaul: That's the main thing that bugs me. All of my non-car friends think it's a cute and quirky car and wouldn't mind having one - I myself wouldn't be caught dead in one.

@BrtStlnd: I feel the same way... Either feminine or for mid life crisis guys.

@Mark Wilson: Good point. Guess I didn't totally think that one through. :)

@Galvarez: Not with what looks like $4+ shipping. Usually they make up in the low price with the shipping costs. :P

Mark,

No information on how to recover a lost TrueCrypt volume? Nuts. Guess I should have realized that the data was gone when the FBI couldn't even crack a TrueCrypted drive.

@blueTitanium: I love how he also said that he's proven it working with Sandia National Laboratory... Seems like us East Bay people would have at least heard some little quip about something so revolutionary being invented...

Negative! I got a Droid X a couple months back and couldn't be happier. :)
