They make it here in the states. The sewage plant here in Memphis deals with it A LOT, but also to your comment I’m FLOORED at what people flush down the toilet.

It can ruin septic systems and theyre a huge problem at sewage plants.

My brother asked my mom what a blood clot was when he was around 10-11. During her next period she called him into the bathroom and showed him one on her pad. This story reminded me of that one. Both of them really didn’t need to be shared.
