What is the “this” in your comment? That the show wasn’t very good, or that the AI was using a 5 year old as a proxy killer, complete with a deux ex machina murder bag?

-The robot ants thing…they mention in this episode that Andy was leveraged to the gills for building his apocalypse bunker, but not for his city of robot ants that they never discuss again? What happens to this extremely useful concept once the creator slips out of public eye?

You son of a bitch, I’m in. I haven’t even seen KOTFM yet, but that makes my role as a space guy all the better probably.

I’m almost as old as you are and it’s exhausting. If the delivery were good or interesting, or the target actually deserving, I could probably get behind it. But maybe not at this point.

I see what you did there

They’re embarrassed to release it because the reviewer actually gave it a good grade.

Carson, Sinatra, Gleeson, McMahon, Deeno, Lancaster, Davis Jr, Leno… all of them are spitting on Meyer’s premature grave.

It’s so dumb…so good.

“You embarassed YOURSELF in front of Derek Jeter.”

“Placebo Effect” was the episode that got me committed to the show. Something about a THC-fueled ultraviolent rampage that really gets me engaged. Season 2 was generally great because it started fleshing out the “secondary” characters. Pam and Cheryl’s increasingly unhinged backstories especially.

Here’s how I feel about Synder: I don’t want to see his Justice League/Darkseid movie where Superman takes over the planet, but I do want to read a detailed synopsis of it. There, glad I worked it out.

I didn’t go further than the first episode as it’s not enjoyable to watch a show where every character hates everyone else.

That explains why the Wright Brothers were only able to fly their plane for 12 seconds like a decade earlier. The Kaiser must have been responsible for global lightening!

Didn’t see the need to twice correct them.

People were also generally shorter back then too, right Jim?

Shit yeah, came here to remember him in the Zero Effect and am not disappointed.

Look, you’re killing my bit and there’s no reason for it. Please go upthread and listen to one of the best hardcore bands ever do an inept cover of The Jefferson’s theme.

Now playing

The only options are the themes to Gilligan’s Island and Malcom In The Middle.

Which is why the first sentence in my comment exists.

…which you’d expect to detract from the experience, but it’s actually quite the opposite.
