Encase everything that you can. MF BB on a light, flat colored, encasement are far easier to spot than on a decorated box spring with a pattern. Kill everything on the DMZ thats your encased mattress, and the box spring will starve everything in there.... after a year.

Best thing you do do is take an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). Look up your local extension office or .edu domains on bedbug control. Bedbugs are inevitable. But infestation is preventable. Nail the first one with IPM and never let them get hold.

I freak out still when I see my bedsheets touching the ground or the floor. Before getting in bed, I pull out new sheets in a ziplock bag, remove the old, and inspect the bed before getting in, making as sure as I can that nothing crawled up into the bed in the meantime. Yep, I took Alton Brown’s advise of Good Eats fame, and outfit my kitchen with cambros for raw ingredients whenever possible. Polycarbonate and glassis best for leftovers though, cooked food is typically greasy.

Not sure what image you mean, but I can try to post an image of me puttin an entire to go platter in the containers when I can. I got a small cake and I plan on putting it in there later too. A dedicated cake container is too specialized for my regular usage.

Its all about the kill chain. Command and Control are paramount to effectiveness. The A-10s would have a much harder time providing cover with the precision they needed if the troops have not equipped IR Strobes for identification.
