False. Maybe in the city. I know folks that have dirty flannel on and they are worth more than anyone I've ever met. Maybe people don't care where and how much of there money is spend when they don't know where it came from.

I never understood that. Imagine I was a rich guy chilling in my mansion and I was checking out gizmodo. I see this boat and decide, "I want". Before I dial up my accountant telling him to have a check ready I must know the price.

Rewarding good behavior is well and fine once and awhile. I just don't agree that a reward for basic things expected of a child. If they need improvement in a certain category, by all means.
