No, they don’t. They just rebadge Opels (for as long as Peugeot / Citroën will let them)

Not my 924S, so far (knocks wood): it came with doorhandles and lower suspension arms of a Mk 1 Golf, for example, and the bits and bobs fitted to it now (cam belt, washer pumps, radiator etc) all seem about normal.

Doing largely the same thing with a similar vintage Porsche 924S.

Never mind whether anyone likes it or not, modern SUVs and crossovers are simply going straight back to 1925 - 1935 in proportions and concept.
