Emirates have a forward and down camera- the forward one changes the angle from a couple of degrees downward when taxiing and on take off and landing to full horizontal in flight. They're fairly high-res too; absolutely mesmerising to watch (until they freeze over...)

I've seen some small RHD European hatches in Japan that fit right in- I'm surprised that the numbers don't indicate more. Never seen a Korean car there, though.
