Because there are women at colleges.

Co-Eds.

Dont forget about the girls... College athletes can pull any chick. I was at UF when Noah was there, that ugly fucker always had some dime with him.

Also, Hostel.

...to this day my parents have to beg me to come visit them

NBA attention, and the fact that most 18 year olds don’t want to go live on their own in a foreign country where they probably don’t speak the language. Even if it pays better.

That’s a fair point. I was odd in that I never experienced any homesickness when I was in college, to this day my parents have to beg me to come visit them.

My brother and I were just talking about this yesterday. My guess is visibility from NBA scouts.

My guess is the reason is that most parents don’t love the idea of sending their children off to be professional athletes in Europe when they are 18 years old. But I do think it will become much more common if the NCAA doesn’t figure out soon that its jig is up and it’s time to start sharing revenues with players.

Now playing

The Antibalas album that came out a couple weeks ago:

Nope. Not strange at all. While I was not as strict in my diet as this guy, I followed similar during my sport’s season. The week leading up to game day or multi day tourneys were single meal days. Giant meals, mind you- and taken at least 6 hours before activity. Started because no one wants to share a locker room

I typically only eat one meal per day. I’m not usually hungry first thing in the morning and lunch makes me drowsy, so I only eat dinner.

Terry Crews does something similar:

So, I just listened to “Motion Sickness” about a dozen times in a row and holy shit, what a stunning song.

Just going to add this to support your argument. Herschel Walker famously claims to eat not just one meal a day, but to be able to subsist on very few calories for a man of his size and athletic ability.

You’re probably correct but the article clearly states that this dietary habit is common for female gymnasts (and likely males)

Depending on how much he eats during that meal, he almost certainly stores enough glycogen to fuel him until his next meal as well as repair/replenish his muscles from his just completed workout(s).

Thankfully as a Syracuse fan I have nothing to worry about as Jimmy B runs a 100% clean program.

Agreed. I eat once a day. No breakfast or lunch. Sometimes I will have a snack during the day. But I like to get work done and be active. Eating cuts into the time I have to do things.

Intermittent fasting, FTW
