It should never be considered as serious policy because anyone who has the most basic sense of economics (clearly, as we’ve observed before, not Bernie Sanders) knows that the economy overheats as unemployment nears 0 and inflation becomes a massive problem. This is an awful idea.

Legitimate question - is there an expectation to just let a literal caravan of asylum seekers into the country no questions asked? I know this particular administration is particularly hostile to immigrants but it certainly seems like any government would be hesitant to allow this.
