@dcdttu: Well, if the 100MB RAM of my iPod touch 2G (50MB going to iOS) I manage to play Minigore and play Pandora (on a VPN of course) without even a hiccup.

I won't update to 4.2, as all what I get would be potentially tethered jailbreak.
