Totalimmortal, actually it was highly underestimated in Standard until the PT hit, unless I am imagining it’s reign as the most expensive card in standard at the time (At the time $40.)

I have to agree here. As much as I would LOVE to see Le Mans on NBCSN, it should not be allowed to happen. As it is things are gonna get silly stupid in July when they start NASCAR coverage while Indycar is still going on.

They used to allow it at Indy, but now it is just the road courses that have it. As you can see, the new aero packages the last couple years pretty much allow for better racing overall at the ovals with no need for PTP (Though obviously Chevy hit the aero stuff better than Honda did.)
