I’ll assume your reasons go beyond “Was a dick to Tom Hanks one time,” but that in and of itself is a decent reason. 

I 100% agree. He is my ex friend for reason.

It’s even worse when you realize that at minimum, your friend had cleaned up the story by 35% to put him in a better light. However bad that sounded, it was probably worse, especially given that he doesn’t see what’s so wrong with what he did in the first place. 

I used work concert security for a venue and was mostly assigned to the acts themselves and stage security during the show. The one take away from that job was that the only good part of being rich and famous was being rich becuse the famous part seemed awful.

I used to have a friend how would tell everyone what a jerk Tom Hanks was and how hanks had got an airline to remove my friend from first class becuse he wanted the row all to himself. It seemed unlikely so I asked him the details. He said he met him on a plane and he was stuck up and rude. I asked more questions and…
