You will never get to vote for someone whose policies perfectly align with your personal interests. Never. Get that out of your head now. Social change is incremental. It always has been and always will be.

Yup. Someone on her team finally wised up and let her go on ahead and say what she wanted to say since there was a contingency of her fanbase who considered her their Aryan princess.

I think the problem here is that they’re talking to Don Lemon, not the public. This is really telling to me:

It’s not gloating or insulting to tell young people that if they want their opinions to matter, they need to vote. If they don’t take it seriously, there’s a point where it’s useless to spend money and time “courting” them.

Of course you’ve completely left out the context of that comment otherwise your righteous indignation doesn’t make sense.

Do you understand that “old” people vote more in both types of elections than “young” people? I’m not sure what your point is.
