Seriously. She’s not some struggling actor. She’s got choices. And she’s chosen to work with creeps.

Nope. Not even when I was a youth and tended to wear short skirts. If the skirts were long enough to cover my butt while I was walking, they were long enough to cover my butt while sitting.
Ok so I don’t have a story but I am very curious about why you don’t fold your skirt underneath you when you sit down like a normal human.
I think he sounds kinda charming and dorky. He’s a really sweet drunk.
I think Anna Faris is thanking her lucky stars she escaped this shitshow.
They don’t have the money or insurance :/
I honestly really liked it too. The whole relationship between the father and daughter was especially well done, in my opinion. Like, there are things that aren’t ideal in that movie but overall I think the women’s thoughts especially showed a lot of nuance and truth.
That tardy slip bit sounded childish and petty to me. Also the emails saying things were “the worst ever in her career” sent to everyone in the office? That’s some bullshit.
Thanks. I’ll end with this:
Conversely, I think you’re giving people far too much leeway. People don’t need to intend to be malicious to be offensive.
It’s like she thought everyone would immediately believe her and not investigate this claim for some reason.....can’t put my finger on it....*
I’m not talking about dressing up as Native Americans, I’m specifically talking about blackface. And you seem to keep skirting that issue probably because you know you’re wrong.
You’re being obtuse. To Black Americans, blackface has always been offensive. Literally always. There has never been a time when black people didn’t see black face for what it was: a way to degrade and humiliate us.
It was always culturally offensive. Even when it was an extremely popular form of entertainment, people knew that shit was offensive but they did it anyway because black people were considered subhuman.
Yes :/ She’s kind of the worst.
the American racial outrage machine
Yeah no. They are being racist. They have their own issues with anti-black racism that have nothing to do with American racial dynamics. It’s their own personal racist kettle of fish.
Oh no. No no no. Classic trip up. Something tells me she’s been told this by white people she’s dated.
I didn’t say they were 100% evil, I just said I don’t have empathy for them. You try to stab someone to death*, you are on my forever shit list regardless. I’m not sorry about it. In my opinion, that’s putting my compassion and empathy in the right place.
A lot of people are bipolar and don’t stab people so forgive me if I’m not exactly empathic. My empathy for mental illness stops when that mental illness manifests itself in violent impulses. Do you feel empathy for Charles Manson?
