Why not? They are extremely practical. All you do is stick them on the inside of your dress or shirt where your pits are. Like an armpit pad or pantyliner. And if you get the kind that are slim, you forget they are there.

It is a really really weird thing to say and I think it kinda means that she’s got a lot of insecurities surrounding relationships which might be why she has trouble in that area.

I think it’s reasonable to expect them to be who they are*. I grew up around people like this (Crenshaw area of Los Angeles) and really....expecting them to be super woke, not homophobic and suddenly super respectful of women just because that is what is en vogue in more mainstream society is a fool’s errand.

Building a persona is part of it but the other part is a number of them really are people who kill/maim others over minor disputes.

Yeah I’ve heard most people go over budget for various reasons. Don’t give in! Set your intention and stick to it. You’ll be much happier in the end.
