Beck - que' onda Guero
Carl Perkins - Lend Me Your Comb
I saw them live four times. They put on a fun show. Just ask Mick Jagger! He was there the first time I saw them at the old Ritz on 11th St. (now Webster Hall).

Something different from an old VHS tape, X-mal Deutschland during their heydays with Orient and Anja Huwe glaring at the audience:
When I look at the older couple at :45, it reminds me of all of the joy and love that Jeff Lynne and his music has given to people for decades now.
Don’t care for Bryce now that he’s a Phil but, my god, did he bang your wife or something?
That’s long enough. You settle down.
1. It’s been a half of one season. Settle down.
Remember when Deadspin was banging the drum on collusion and how statements from GM’s about not giving out 10 year deals were “bullshit” and Harper should be paid “his worth”? Something tells me those will not age gracefully.
That’s a clown take, bro.
bulls-eye.
I love it. His replacement throws him out and Howie, who does not play all the time, has any many dingers. The Nats still have lots of problems, I’m just glad Harper is not one of them now.
Eaton made a great charge and even better throw to get him on the play above, but that’s the 4th time Harper’s been thrown out at the plate this year, which is most in MLB.
His stats this year are the same as last years and in 2016... The Phillies overpaid for a .250 hitter.
He has already produced 1.5 WAR in less than half of a season. If he produces 0.0 WAR over the next 12.5 years of his contract, it would still be a better contract than Pablo Sandoval’s or Ryan Howard’s (who each produced less than zero WAR over their entire 5-year contracts, worth $95m and $125m respectively).
at least he has 13 years to turn things around.
