I had a similar thing going on. I lived in a pretty small town and I did hear a lot of rumors too (like in order to get them you have to hack the game or that they didn't really exist.) discovering them was one of the most exciting things that happened when i was younger because i thought that I hacked the game lol.

ORAS has a lot of mature themes, especially after you beat the game. it relies heavily on nostalgia and X and Y are just easier to get though to begin with so I agree with patricia. X and Y is better for a younger audience.

I'm glad they kept that tedious unlocking method for the regis. as annoying as it is, it does give me something to do and makes the payoff feel so nice. yay nostalgia!

i personally never ran into the bug or never knew it existed. I never said nintendo gets a free pass but they tend to be a little more humble about it. stress on the word humble. I should of worded it better.
