True fact: they were invented because a restaurant owner needed to figure out how to make a bunch of rando chicken scraps palatable when she ran out of “good” chicken.
We’re ruined for the world, really.
We high-five. It started out ironic, but now it’s just another thing on the pile of Weird Shit That We Do That Now Seems Normal But Would Weird Someone Else Out If They Found Out About It.
From to ubiquity to ignominy! Such is the future of shiplap and, indeed, all forms of reclaimed wood.
Your fish specificity made me lol. :)
PS streaming is really fun, but after doing it for months, I felt like my body responded to Metamorphosis/continuity more favorably. There are 2-week free trial codes floating around for streaming, by the way... I read that they come free with a newer cardio DVD that’s sold at Target.
Cosigned for real. This is a killer arm series. Have done Tracy workouts on and off since 2010, but this one is still the gold standard.
Every time I’ve taken Plan B, I get this. For a year. A YEAR.
This should be framed and put up in every office, church, municipal building...

I use a little on my cheekbones when I’m feeling fancy, and it always reads much, much…
Just wanted to send my belated thanks for your thoughtful reply. I’m trying out your suggestion right now, and so far, so good. Thank you!
I love those records with The Blow. Great stuff.
Oh man, that’s brutal. Have you gotten any decent advice from doctors/other health professionals for it? I’m sorry that you have to deal with that.
Anyone else regularly get sick the week before their period? I’m getting over a bad, bad cold for the 3rd time this year, and my doctor just accepted that there’s a hormonal link. She gave your standard immunity-boosting advice, but I’m planning to take it up with my GYN when I see her, since it’s been taking a lot…
What did your derm prescribe to you? Just curious... I've tried a few, and had some success recently with Soolantra (topical cream). Took a couple of months to really work at peak, though.
