There’s few things automotive that makes me cringe more than an old mustang 5.0... That said, this thing is actually cool.

This. I view the most desperate thing I’ve ever done for a car is take out an auto loan.

Basically it is the completely nonsensical argument that they want all the goods (which they expect to be delivered directly to them and the millions of their neighbors) shunted many many miles away from them...

Actually, it isn’t that unusual to see an Allied moving tractor/trailer crammed into the neighborhood every so often.

LOL. And where do you think those vans leave from each morning on their routes?

When is the last time you had a double-stack train deliver a package to your doorstep?

Counterpoint - I had to drive around SF recently. All the roads are complete shit, packed with cars.

Whenever we have a family reunion at my sister’s house, located in one of the western suburbs of Chicago (St. Charles I think) I’m always floored by how much driving we have to do on city streets/traffic-light infested hwys before we can reach a freeway, whether it is getting to/from her house or if we want to drive

Yeah... Because every patron continually reads endless articles claiming that no matter what you do you are a horrible person if you don’t want to tip at least 20% to the waiter that has given you a collective 7 minutes of their day.

Because this call can be made after an ancillary mention of it in a jezebel article, and maybe another 20 seconds doing a google search...?

Meh. Subway holds a very specific spot in society and it should not be interfered with.

IDK, maybe her husband. “My mother loved this necklace, I’d really like for you to have it.” Yeah... seems real crazy.

Now I better understand why the comics industry is dying.

People being hyperbolic and flippant when they are just in it for the lulz is one of the reasons we now have people like AOC putting forth petitions to Congress that get voted down 57 to zero.

It really doesn’t. At least as far as interweb snark posting is concerned.

Alright, I’m still confused. Which side are you on, and which side is Legacy on... ...and did the two of you both agree which sides you were on prior to this thread?

If things keep going the way they are. Then we might as well get violent. Cause we’ll all be dead anyway in a extinction event.

The Joker is more of a relatable modern power fantasy than are Batman or Superman.

Please expand on this thought.

Tend to agree. The Heath Ledger iteration in TDK was compelling because of the screenplay they wrote and Ledger’s performance, not because the character itself is overly compelling.
