I would like to know that as well. I was obsessed with the case when the actual trial was going on, and have been looking forward to the series since it was announced. The first episode did not disappoint, and ten minutes into watching it, my wife said "now I understand why you are so fascinated by this."

I am also an orphan. My dad ran out on me when I was just a kid. All he left was a batch of hepatitis on the toilet seat.

I'm not saying they weren't funny. They were funny in a Wes Anderson way, that you really have to appreciate. Like the guy in Life Aquatic who kept singing Bowie songs in Spanish. But there is an undercurrent of sadness and tragedy in nearly every movie of his. Kind of like how the Coen Brothers have a lot of

I am with you 100%. Diamond Dongs is actually my favorite album of his. And I think that the song Time from Aladdin Sane actually sounds like it belongs on Diamond Dogs.

That sounds so interesting! Man, puts my stand-up comedy/musician/rolfer thing to shame. I'm so envious.

Ahhh, I can't wait to see it! My wife still hasn't seen the movie, so I am looking forward to that. And all of the special features, like the pilot that was made for (I believe) Taiwanese audiences. I got Blue Velvet on Blu-Ray a couple years ago, and I couldn't believe how much different it looked.

I've seen it a million times already, but I am so excited to see it in 1080p and all of the special features and extras.

That's so cool. What kind of job prospects are out there for someone in Media Studies, if you don't mind me asking? And I can understand the poor thing- my friend just moved to Buffalo with her boyfriend so he could get his PHD, and he gets a $300 stipend a week, has to do a lot of student teaching, and isn't allowed

My wife got me the Twin Peaks ultimate collection on Blu-Ray as an early Venereal Disease Day present, so I plan on watching a bit of that.

Glad to hear you're feeling a little better! And that's awesome that you got the letter of recommendation. May I ask what you are getting your P.H.D. in?

And Phil LaMaar got his head blown off on Pulp Fiction.

Alex Borstein, too! I like her way more off of MadTV. She's absolutely incredible on Getting On.

Will Sasso did the ultimate James Gandolfini as Tony Soprano impersonation. He was golden. I love anything he pops up in, from that X-Files episode to Drop Dead Gorgeous. Guy is hilarious and great at physical comedy.

I'm especially pissed about the American remake of Les Revenants. That show is brilliant and dark and creepy the way it is, and A&E is just going to fuck it up beyond all repair.

He was great in The Cook, The Thief, His Wife and Her Lover, though. God I love that movie.

I really hope that Nina's message back to Oleg actually amounts to something. All the way to the last season, I felt that the two of them had real feelings for each other and she wasn't BSing the way she was with Stan. I don't want to see that sexy lady in a Siberian labor camp for the remainder of the show. It's like

The sounds of the joint dislocation just sounded like me when I wake up in the morning and move around (hooray Ehlers-Danlos!) so it didn't bother me so much. But it was still really icky. Poor Annalisse. She deserved better, dumb broad that she was.

I got it from the toilet seat! It just jumped up and grabbed my meat!

Respiratory infection still present. Still don't have a date for my surgery, which is pissing me off because it's kind of a major surgery, and the longer I don't know when it is, the longer I have to put off school. The doctor said some time at the beginning of March, but I want an actual date, dammit! A two month

I'm glad your pup is okay. Hopefully the work stuff will pass too. Sometimes you feel like you're just running on empty, like an automaton. I wish I had words of wisdom to impart, but I don't. So, instead, just look up sloth videos. They're so cute. And please don't tell me you have that dreaded Norwalk disease!
