Well, at least he changed the title so it no longer says off-road.
A dirt road isn’t off-road.
I know that the kits exist and even advertise manual transmission compatibility, but I don’t trust myself to install it on my own, so I need to find a shop willing to do it. Apparently that’s harder to do in my area than wherever you live.
Every shop I asked refuses to install remote start on a manual transmission car. They are afraid their customer will leave the car in gear and run over a baby’s head when they try to start the car, and the shop doesn’t want to get sued.
Nope. Even though it’s technically possible, every shop I’ve asked refuses to install it on a manual transmission car, because they’re afraid their customers will try to start the car when it is in gear, and run over a baby’s head or something and they don’t want to get sued. So no, you can’t.
But you can’t get remote start on a manual transmission :(
Can’t get remote start on a manual transmission though.
Before I read the article I thought it was a cheap Chinese bootleg of a Jeep Cherokee XJ.
Hahaha, I love how the Federal government is telling tech companies that they are moving too slow. Our government is the slowest, most dysfunctional, wasteful enterprise in existence. Definitely a case of the pot calling the kettle black.
The Volkswagen BlueSport. It was killed before it could ever get off the ground.
You should host a “Jason Torchinsky plays Oregon Trail on his old Apple II” livestream.
Please keep these non-vehicular Foxtrot Alpha articles off of Jalopnik. They don’t belong here. Break them out into a separate blog already. None of the Jalopnik regulars want this crap.
I’m just excited because I wouldn’t have to worry about running out of cupholders or them being the wrong size for certain cups. The gel would just form to the shape of any cup I need.
What about stickers/decals with the old logo?
Also, unless the atmosphere on Eos is very thick, or the car is as light as a feather there’s no way wings that size could provide enough lift.
I know his photoshop skills are decent, but I’ve never seen him actually paint a car before.
They should start including power/torque curve graphs in their ads instead of just numbers.
I really like the styling of the Santa Cruz more.
