1. Pricing is for plans & monthly access.

You're insane for assuming that everyone needs/wants what you want. 100MB is 1/20th of the data that we'd need. Apples and oranges. 20 * $60 is 8 times the "insane" rate I'm currently paying. Never assume that your needs/wants are universal.

Covered before. You lose unlimited with a subsidy. The SIM card is irrelevant.

"Now that's absolutely INSANE that anyone would ever choose to pay that"

Covered previously. You won't be grandfathered if you opt for a subsidized phone. Why does it matter who does or doesn't use a basic phone? Don't assume that your preferences are universal no matter what the topic.

Data speed and data usage are two entirely different things. While higher data speed means you're more likely to chew through data faster it's not a given despite how often that comment is parroted. If you need more data then pay for more data.

I use TomTom all the time on my 4s. What GPS solution one particular person prefers or doesn't prefer is really irrelevant though.

It's not a single variable matter as you're making it out to be. TomTom's providing the map (and "related") data. Siri is used for turn by turn. Therefore...

If in doubt it's probably the most expensive permutation. For the example above, $50 + $40 + $10.

Not sure why this is such a difficult concept to grasp: just because you don't find something useful doesn't mean that others don't as well.

Google isn't "being mature". Consider Google's business model. They need and want as many users as possible regardless of platform. How can Maps be "missing features" it never had? It's gaining features.

How so? Why does it matter? What would announcing the hardware do for the maps announcement?

Not all do.

The map data?

Great. Keep in mind that you're not solely keeping Apple afloat. Catering mass produced products to a minorty = fail.

You don't seem to understand what objectively means. It doesn't mean "your opinion".

Perhaps you should spend some money on learning how to make apples to apples comparisons. Comparing two machines solely on storage capacity and price is silly.

F*cking Mirrors, How Do They Work?

Same reasons guys do.

Insufficient sampling. There's a ton of variety out there.
