Remove the cooldown timer on flight. The flight mechanics are the only fun thing in the game, but you’re constantly playing this annoying mini-game of “hot and cold” where I’m forced to walk/run for no real reason.  Keep the action in the air.  If they can't fix something this simple then they're hopeless.
