I have bought at least a dozen games due to game pass. Some games I would have never considered ever playing or buying if it wasn’t on the service in the first place.

Honestly, once they introduced a season pass they should have gone F2P at that exact moment.

What world class games? The last 5+ years Activision has been nothing but “Call of Duty & Friends” They don’t have a single studio at Activision proper that is working on something besides Call of Duty anymore.

Read this article from Venturebeat. They talk like Sony are the ones holding all the cards with having Game Pass on Playstation systems.

Activision/Blizzard puts out, what, 1-2 games a year now? I think indies are fine.

I guess I’m hopeful that this will allow for Activision’s back catalog to start being played with by a bunch of developers. There’s a huge swath of great IPs in there and all they put out is Call of Duty and maybe one other  game a year.
