The game was riddled with subtlety.
Unfortunately a lot of that gets washed away amidst the violence and hard talking narration.
But it's one of my favorites on the system regardless of some flaws. I've played it through several times and I'm always engaged and entertained

So in that sense he's vaguely correct but not entirely. As I understand it the game would have come out under Capcom's steam but not for a few years.
