When i saw the article i was frightened that frosthaven had taken its spot.  Brass is a good game, albight very very very dry.  But if you were to say hey lets play a board game as close to chess as possible, u’d have brass. 

THee’s a few articles floating around but the way they calculate the points needs to be updated with a new “average” dummy score in order to properly rate the popularity of games.  I’m happy to see a nonboard game finally dethroned (its a tabletop in a box) , I”d rather see the system fixed all together.  

I’m betting that we’ll call this the Zelda price.

It’s a sequal to a series that has always had party management . Imagine if a book u were reading produced a second book that, instead of the science fiction genre u were reading decided to be a 1800 murder noir.

This sounds like a horrendous change. FIrst FF then Dragon age, i guess us RPG folk need to go to Indy stuff for actual tactical RPGs as the main stream public have been deemed too unintelligent to handle party management.

I honestly cant.  I don’t monitor people 24/7 .  Nor do i know how to do most jobs at my place. Just because you don’t see someone at their desk doesnt mean they aren’t doing phenomenal.    

It’s intersting. i love to see this type of guts in the industry. I’d be interested to know how their games do to modern incarnations of the game. If you have a system that can’t possibly be perfected (graphics dont do anything to make htis genre better) it sounds like a good strategy.

Because it’s sincere when it takes 2 apologies and the silent treatment. 

I’ve wanted to play it. Is there a overlaying strategic element to it ala Xcom’s command? 

This is really good insight.  PIllars of eternity 1 and 2 are great games, but u’re right, the POE 2 came and went with no fan fair. I see it on a lot of best tactical rpg lists u havn’t played lists.
