I mean, they came stock, its a little plastic screw handle on the bottom of the throttle

I don’t know if Harley still does this, but some bikes (including my 1981 Sportster) have a throttle lock. Its supposed to be for warming up the carb (hence why I don’t know if they still do this) but some do use it for a cruise
