That’s an interesting avatar you have there.

Read between the lines. They have been driving for +366 days. They have taken 40-hrs of supervised drivers education (which is basically just a long drawn out drivers test). These kids have been behind the wheel and also supervised while doing it. Not like its the first time they have driven.

It completely blows my mind that people think car dealers should sell cars to them for less than what the dealer paid/pays.

Looking for a deal on a Tacoma

This is a Truck Yeah article right?

Gas is free .99 and you are wondering why trucks are selling? For the trip between a suburban home with a driveway to the office park with the large lot, what new car currently available is as comfortable as an F150? Leaving aside the fantastic resale values.

This isn’t dumb.  It’s an engineering masterpiece and pretty awesome

Thank you! Everyone seems to have lost sight of the point of the stay at home orders — to avoid overwhelming the hospitals. The hospitals have not been overwhelmed, we need to start opening things up again. We can’t hide in our houses forever and hope the virus goes away— that was never the point.

San Francisco made it a misdemeanor about a week ago.

It’s ok to like some parts of Elon’s brain and not others. I don’t like most of what he tweets, but I can appreciate Tesla cars and Space X. I can also appreciate his frustration that’s shared with a lot of the people in the country right now, including me. I think the shutdown was warranted at first, but we need to

Had one of those...enough clearance to change the oil without ramps.

My mom’s got one of these in droptop form, that she bought new. Six-speed, she wanted the 100 extra horsepower you got from the SRT-6 (aka, 32AMG) but said “no way” to the automatic.

Doom and gloom. Doom and gloom. The minute cities lift their restrictions people will flood the streets. People don’t want to sit at home anymore.

I mostly agree for street racers and extreme speeders, but speeding a little on wide open roads doesnt hurt anybody. Leave the minor speeding alone, there is a lot more pressing concerns right now.

It’s almost like they have different writers who are free to express their personal interests.

Except it’s not.  Shut off your TV.

The thing is, the economy has to restart somewhere. Someone has to reopen and start paying employees again to get the ball rolling. If everyone goes “well I’ve got no customers today so it isn’t worth opening” this whole thing is gonna drag on a lot longer than it needs to.
