I've searched far and wide, and finally, 38 years into life, I have finally found someone who hates Chris Cornell's voice as much as I do. God, Soundgarden sucked so bad. The paint by numbers riffing, the shrill, glass shattering vocals, the mindless lyrics. It makes my heart overflow with joy to read this column.

u mad bro?

Pete really has had tons of great lines this year.

Yeah, this. Like: "Be careful what you wish for." Plus It feels sorta contrarian for the sake of being contrarian. It works on a lot of levels.

WELCOME BACK TO ERF

Yeah, Please Kill Me is pretty much the standard text for those interested in that era.

it's kind of flipped- Hell romanticizes his childhood but has a colder, more analytic view of his early adulthood/music career. Smith doesn't really go into her childhood but is way more sentimental about her early career.

I distinctly remember in college sitting down and figuring out that bass intro. great song!

well then… why didn't she see the keys were not there, and then slash the tires or something?

Why didn't she take the Governor's truck?

my dad used to go to McSorely's back in the 60s when he worked down there and he always used to say "The place was such a dump we couldn't understand why women WANTED to come in!"

And this certain Phish hater can always be found having an aneurysm on internet comment sections that you frequent and they just want to go on and on about the

yeah they should take a hint from rock and rollers, who never, ever exploit women in their videos and lyrics. but… f'in rappers, amirite?

Watership Down is as perfect a book you're ever going to read. Not a wasted word or moment through the whole damn thing.

Magic and Loss is my favorite solo album of his. Berlin comes close. Transformer's got all the hits, but something about the mood and the poetry of Magic and Loss is just perfect.

Surprised to read this. I heard the album when it streamed a few weeks ago and thought it was one of their strongest and most focused late-period efforts.

Last Man Standing is a totally underrated movie. Love this guy.

the funniest thing is that the episode hasn't even aired yet, and they're sure as hell not gonna put it in the episode now. dude just cost himself a bunch of money by being butthurt about it.

how about both Coulton and Glee go away forever. Then everyone's happy. Except people who like "ironic" folk covers of hip hop songs, which is fine, because they deserve to be miserable.

where is the 2nd page of this review?
