My dad had lymphoma recently. During some family gathering in which both he & my mom were a bit drunk, it was revealed that during their first date over 40 yrs ago, he claimed to have cancer. I have not dug for details, cause ew, but it definitely had the intended effect (ie sex). Karma can sure be a bitch.
