Have a word with Dale from bridgetogantry, he might be able to sort you out... BTG

Eight or nine years ago Chris Harris penned an article in Autocar about a scrapyard in France which even contained a Miura. However it had been cut in half because a tree was growing under it and the owner decided to let the tree grow. Unfortunately I can find no trace of it online, but it would be great to find it

I cannot fathom a universe where an oil burning, probably FWD, new wagon would be better than an E34 M5.

When this show came out I was nine years old and I fell in love with it. I think I need to see it again to remember just how bad it really is...

This is a grid full of Citroen C1s. A 1 litre, 3 cylinder econobox with gearing so long the 60bhp engine has a theoretical top speed of Mach1. Watching them move off (start implies speed) is a hilarious experience, a massive wall of three cylinder drone which looses 4000rpm on every gear shift. It must be said that

Yes it came out all wrong, but you've got to feel for the guy!

    Google?

    Hooray! I've made a list!

Imagine a world where people care about this nonsense.

For god's sake get off the manual transmission high horse. I own a regular W124 500E and the four speed auto is absolutely perfect for the car, a big, lazy autobahn cruiser. Yes this particular car is awesome because it's got a six speed manual, but please please please give this 'if you ain't got stick you ain't

The VW ones are pretty good, but I've got to add don't touch my ventilation settings. Luckily I spend most of my time in an S2000, so it's quite difficult...

I applaud the bridge for reducing the world's quad count by one.

I wholeheartedly agree with you. That however doesn't stop it looking shit.

A very lucky save. But allow me to doff my cap in the direction of the gentleman hooning the moobs off a Carrera GT. Well done sir for not keeping it in a temperature controlled bubble and only taking it out very early on a Sunday morning for some coffee.

Everyone I know who has owned an E46 M3 has universally loved the SMG 'box.

Believe me, it's perfect with an auto. The engine suits a long lazy four speed perfectly. The car's designed to be a long distance loper, munching autobahns, a manual would be useless.

I tried watching it, I really did. But it's just ridiculuous, the music is pathetic, the editing is awful, those super slo-mo shots are hateful. This could have been brilliant, but it ended up really really rancid.

I already love it. I personally couldn't care less that the manual is gone. There are quite literally thousands of manual Porsche 911 Turbos out there, if you're so hung up on stirring your own pot and having three pedals, save yourself a pretty penny and buy used. Technology is moving forward, self shifters are

The red one which had a sudden urge to hump a grass verge was naturally aspirated, it was wearing the trappings of a 935 (flat nose, broad hips, sounds like an old geography teacher I had), however 'twas not a 935, at least in the engine department.
