I actually don’t hate that term. At least when someone uses that term you know you or who ever is expected to actually do or deliver something as a result of whatever meeting. Which is much better than leaving a meeting thinking that was a waste of my time

I just had mine... no one before this year ever discussed them.  I gave myself 4.8 out 5 b/c why not?  my manager came back and said she gave me all 5's  but then corporate came back and said 3.8 is the highest anyone can get.
