I prefer this app to Onyx, for what it's worth. As TUAW puts it, Onyx is prettier but IceClean can do a bit more.
Yes, especially when it comes to cleaning system caches that can grow to well over 1GB in size. When your HDD is mostly full, every little bit counts. Programs like this and Onyx basically just add an easier-to-use UI to tasks and scripts that Macs can already do themselves.
This is awesome. Makes me look forward even more to the special features when these jokers get released on Bluray.
