But how am I going to use The Web 2.0 without a shiny browser icon???
Until someone proves my taste buds wrong, unless I'm grilling outside I will always remain true to my cast-iron skillet.
Whoa. We have three or four pairs of these kicking around the house...I'm gonna have to try this.
I actually just realized I could do this the other day. Saves a hell of a lot of space.
He was hilarious in Burn After Reading and Juno. He's one of the few actors that can play essentially the same character in everything and not get annoying.
It's about not burning bridges. Resist the temptation to throw a hissy fit and say things you might regret later.
You bring up an insightful point here. Though some battles are a lost cause (e.g., many kids won't eat brussels sprouts no matter how well you prepare them), you'd be surprised how many aren't. When my wife and I talk about foods we hated as kids, it really came down to preparation and presentation.
I agree. Sometimes the cost of a paperback+mactac is still less than a hardback. Though I'd recommend trying it on crap books first...one of my jobs in my library is doing this, and it takes some practice.
I don't agree. I would say the main difference is size. With a resume, you're providing a quick snapshot of basically your life in one page. With a CV, you get detailed. When I applied to work at the library at my university, I used a resume. When I apply to teach at my university, I'll use a CV.
Damn. And I almost made it through the week without losing.
And here I thought I was the only one who still wet myself when those things scream.
Reading all of these comments makes me really, really glad I've never gone with B of A.
Dammit, I was hoping IKEA would beat them to it.
The morning we got our NES, must've been '88 or '89. My parents had the foresight to get the big "combo" version that came with Mario, Duck Hunt, and World Class Track Meet. My brother and I had no clue how to work the big track pad. Best Christmas ever.
@MaxellDVD1: Huh. That's a fantastic idea.
@LeeSG: They're just trying to put the "hacker" back in "lifehacker".
I guess they're technically still around, but I spent a lot of time with PlanetSide and Lineage II in college. That was one of the hardest things about switching to Mac when I graduated...
Do the controllers come pre-stained with Surge and Josta?
